Care UK CEO anointed as trustee
Mike Parish, chief executive of Care UK, has been appointed as a trustee for the NHS Confederation. The Confederation represents over 95% of public healthcare bodies in England, as well as companies providing healthcare services to patients on behalf of the NHS, and works to influence national healthcare policy. Mr Parish joined Care UK in 2001 and has steered the company through a period of growth and diversification to the point where it is now the largest independent provider of health care services to the NHS and a leading provider of residential, community and specialist care services.
