Alan Pilgrim departs Alliance
Alan Pilgrim has stood down as chief executive of Alliance Medical ‘to pursue other interests’.

A spokesperson for Alliance told HMN that Mr Pilgrim had planned to step down at the end of the current restructuring process, but had decided along with the board to bring his departure forward.

Chief financial officer Paul Greensmith has taken on the role of chief restructuring officer, which will include taking on the key responsibilities of group chief executive and ensuring that the current refinancing process is concluded, whilst the board seeks a permanent replacement for Mr Pilgrim.
